Coastal Empire Beer Co. Slow Drift Light Lager
Light | Crisp | Refreshing 4% ABV
While there’s not much information about Slow Drift, we can tell you that this is the perfect beer to drift away with this summer. It’s definitely an easy drinking beer with a low ABV of 4% and it also has a nice crisp mouth feel that makes you coming back for more. Extremely light in color, Slow Drift also has a slightly fruity aftertaste that pairs excellently with some boozy fruit while you’re floating in a pool, a lake, a river, or the ocean.

Rosaleen (O'Shea) Harrington. He was born and raised in Castletown and had previously lived in New York before settling in New Bedford five years prior to his passing. Eamonn worked as a fisherman out of the port of New Bedford and had also served aboard a Mobil Oil tanker and on tugboats operated by Poling Brothers of New York.
A 1992 graduate of Northeast Maritime in New Bedford, he held Coast Guard certifications as an Able Seaman, Lifeboatman, and Tankerman.
On January 30, 1993, the True Life began flooding while fishing off Chatham. A distress call brought a Coast Guard helicopter, which delivered pumps to the vessel. The crew was advised to abandon ship and board a life raft. Tragically, a rogue wave capsized the vessel. Two of the three crew members were rescued from the water—one in cardiac arrest. The life raft was located hours later by another fishing boat, with Eamonn’s body found beneath it.
